Estimated Time of Arrival and Delivery (ETA): First and foremost, our main goal is to provide you with timely delivery and the excellent service you deserve. The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is not guaranteed; it is only an estimate based on the shipping line information and our past experience of shipping time frames to the region. This estimate is also based on the date of clearance from the port and the customs process. Sea and Air Experts and MNS Intl as the Carriers shall not be held liable for delay caused by highway obstruction or lack of capacity of any bridge or ferry, any delay caused by breakdown or mechanical defects of vehicles and/or equipment, nor shall Sea and Air Experts and MNS Intl be bound to transport by any particular schedule, means, vehicle or other than with reasonable dispatch. Further, the ETA may be influenced by government agencies worldwide, their procedures and regulations (Customs, etc), strikes, or unexpected natural disaster, or war conditions.

Custom & Government Fees at Destination: Clearing customs by a custom’s broker does not include the destination’s local government agencies fees (if any), duties or taxes. Any information we may have provided is a brief summary of customs regulations applicable to household goods shipments to this destination and is provided for general guidance. Since such regulations are subject to change without notice, Sea and Air Experts and or MNS Intl cannot be held liable for any costs, damage, delays, or other detrimental events resulting from non-compliance. You should check with your local embassy or consulate for the current regulations.

For vehicle/boat clearance: You must provide Sea and Air Experts with a copy of the current registration, original title, proof of the draining of all liquids.

Reliance in Information Furnished: In preparing and submitting customs entries, export declarations, applications, documentation, and/or export data to the United States and/or a third party, Sea and Air Experts relies upon the accuracy of all documentation, whether in written or electronic format that is furnished by the Customer. The Customer shall indemnify and hold Sea and Air Experts harmless from any and all claims asserted or losses suffered due to the Customer’s failure to disclose information or due to a false statement made by the Customer upon which Sea and Air Experts reasonably relied upon. It is understood that the Customer has an affirmative non-delegable duty to disclose any and all information required to import or export their shipment.

All services and charges described herein are subject to:

• Measured volume and weight at the origin or warehouse; if density is higher than 7 pounds per CFT (cubic feet), charge will be
based on CFT volume calculated by dividing the total weight in pounds by 7.

• On LCL (less than container load) if goods will be palletized or put into Lift vans, the volume and weight will be calculated based
on the outside measurements of the shipment.

• The access for the service vehicle and equipment at origin and/or destination may restructure the cost of your move based on:
difficult entry, stairs, elevated/lowered area or long carry.

• If any additional pieces, packing services or labor services are added at the origin or destination to those quoted, the customer
shall be charged accordingly.

• If the customer wishes to repack their shipment at our warehouse, they shall be charged $35 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
and by appointment only.

Terms of Payment:

In order to secure your moving date and time, we require an origin service deposit of 30% or more. remainder balance for ocean frieght is paid to Sea and Aire Experts an authorized agent of MNS Intl, Inc and are due on moving date. Balance is due on or before your shipment leaves the United States. You may choose to pay via Check, Cash, Money Order or Wire Transfer. All charges are to be paid in U.S. Dollars. All payments must clear Sea and Air Experts and or MNS Intl bank accounts prior to shipment leaving the United States. A fee of $55 will be charged to the Customer if a check is returned from the bank for insufficient funds.

Cancelation Policy: Cancelation within 5 days of signing and 2 weeks prior to move date: 20% of total contract will be charged. Cancelation after 5 days of signing and 2 weeks prior to move date: 50% of contract will be charged plus any incurred fees. No refounds for cancelations made 4 days prior to collactions of shipments!

Claims Disputes: All claims must be submitted in writing to Sea and Air Experts within the 14 days after delivery of the shipment. Claims may be submitted via fax number 954.775.9794 or via email & register mail.

Law and Disputes - This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Florida between Florida residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Sea and Air Experts, Inc must be resolved by a court located in Broward County, Florida, You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Broward County, Florida for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
